Register to Vote - Your Voice MattersYou can register to Vote in California, usually up to 15 days before an election, if you are: It's easy. Use one of the registration methods below to ensure your right to vote. Registration is Easy! Here are 4 ways you can register to vote: Option 1 - Complete online application by clicking here. Once completed the Secretary of State will mail you the completed form which you can sign and return. Option 3 - Have a postcard mailed directly to you. Call the Registrar of Voters Main Office at (858) 565-5800, request a registration postcard. Once received, fill out and return back to the ROV. Option 4 - Postcard Registration.
